In 2009, Di Boston-Hill was planning her wedding. Printing low grade wine labels and covering the bottles with the custom wedding wine labels was just not good enough. “I can see the original label under my wedding label” said Di. She began soaking 300+ wine bottles, removing the labels to create shinners. Then she began adding her custom wedding label. It was her wedding and everything needed to be in order including the wine.
You see, Di Boston-Hill produced Lifestyle events and major concerts for over 20 years. A small elegant beach wedding was all she wanted but her grandmother was sick and could not travel. Thus, the madness began and 300 shinners later, the Ah-ha! moment was born and then shelved for years. As she began growing the Ice Princess NYC brand, something was missing.
